MASSIVE ASTEROIDS PASS BETWEEN MOON AND EARTH ON TUESDAY WITH THREE MORE FOLLOWING!
On Monday night at 9:45 pm, an Asteroid now known as Asteroid 2021 EQ3 flew between Earth and the Moon at a rapid pace of 43,000kph. This asteroid was of an alarming size but three more of the same sized asteroids continued to pass through the sky all the way through Tuesday.
Scientists, researchers, and advent stargazers set to their equipment in order to witness and record the asteroids passing by which is now considered to be the largest space rocket to fly by Earth in 2021.
Luckily according to Nasa these asteroids were of no threat to cause any collisions whatsoever, however, they did make their way extremely close to the Earth’s surface which made it possible to witness the event through a telescope or simple binoculars.
The closeness of the Asteroid meant that it could be seen properly and allowed to studied to further the knowledge of astronomers and the astronomical field in general and will also allow them to get a rough idea of what the composition of these asteroids will look like.
The asteroid that passed through on Monday night was one of the fastest approaching ever seen and recorded by Nasa but also provided a great opportunity to learn from this asteroid in order to further predict the actions of the asteroids to follow.
This is not the end of the Asteroids to come as on March 21 another, larger in size and even closer to Earth asteroid will set through the sky even lighting up the skies of the southern hemisphere.
